Real estate development can be defined as a business approach focused on enhancing properties through structural transformation. This structural transformation leads to higher standards of living. Making life better is the one we care about most, which is why we established Structura Development. Our company manages every stage of real estate development using our own resources, from project feasibility through construction and sales.

Our history began in 2007 when the development group BANI entered the real estate market. Until 2024, Bani focused primarily on construction, repair, and rehabilitation projects for multifunctional complexes. We have successfully completed hundreds of thousands of square meters of projects.

Among the notable projects implemented by our group in Tbilisi are the Orexus Tower near the Sports Palace, which houses the head office of Structura Development, as well as residential buildings in Saburtalo, on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, and on Kavtaradze Street. Additional projects include a residential building in Vera on Chovelidze Street, several residential buildings in Isani and Ortachala, and a residential building in Likani. We have also developed hotels in Tbilisi and Bakuriani, among many others.

Our group owns the Best Western Hotel in Tbilisi, located near the Round Garden, and the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (formerly Hotel Tbilisi) in Borjomi. Additionally, we possess land plots in Tbilisi, Bakuriani, and other locations.

As our activities expanded, it became necessary to consolidate the services required for real estate development into a single company, which led to the establishment of Structura Development.
