Conditions of Use
This document (the Agreement) is a legally binding agreement between you and Structura Development that governs your use of our services. Please note that you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement before you use our services. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement, you may NOT use the services.
Agreement Information
By clicking the agree button (including but not limited to the online access to the Structura Development website) you confirm that any information that you submit to Structura Development is true, accurate and complete, that you will update such information in order to keep it current, and that you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the privacy policy.
Restrictions of use
You agree without limitation that you may not:
use any part of the Structura Development services or its content (including but not limited to images and text) in a manner not expressly permitted under this agreement;
use the Structura Development services to research;
provide your password to any other person or use any other person’s username and password. Your username and password is your responsibility and you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account;
use the Structura Development services to distribute software viruses or other harmful programs;
rent or lease any part of the Structura Development services and use it in a way that violates the terms of this agreement.
use our website in any way or take any action that causes or may cause, damage to the website.
use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;
conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent;
access or otherwise interact with our website using any robot, spider or other automated means;
use data collected from our website for any direct marketing activity (including without limitation email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing and direct mailing).

Advertising and use of your computer resources
Accepting terms and conditions you agree that Structura Development has a right to provide advertising and other information to you in relation to other Structura Development services and that Structura Development has a right to allow the Structura Development services to utilize the processor, bandwidth and storage hardware on your computer or other relevant device for the limited purpose of facilitating the communication and transmission of content and other data or features to you and other users of the Structura Development services and to facilitate the operation of the network on which the Structura Development services run.

Termination
This agreement will become effective in relation to you when you have ticked the agree button when signing up for the Structura Development services and will remain effective until terminated by you or Structura Development. You may cancel your Structura Development account at any time by informing us via the web site. This means that Structura Development is under no obligation to refund any unexpired portion of your contract you have already paid for. Structura Development reserves the right to terminate this agreement or suspend your Structura Development services at any time if in our sole opinion you are using them inappropriately, or there is a suitable reason why the service needs to be withdrawn. If Structura Development terminates this agreement, or suspends your Structura Development account, for any of the reasons set forth in this section, Structura Development shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Structura Development will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.
Warranty
The use of the Structura Development services is at your own risk. Structura Development does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party on or through the Structura Development services or any hyperlinked website, or featured in any banner or other advertising. Consequently, Structura Development will in no way be responsible for any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services advertised on or through the Structura Development services.
Intellectual property
Structura Development respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. Please note therefore that the Structura Development services and the content provided through the Structura Development services is the property of Structura Development and protected by intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) and that you do not have a right to use the Structura Development services (including but not limited to its content) in any manner not covered by the agreement. Further, you may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through the Structura Development services.
Monitoring
Structura Development will, from time to time, audit the use of the services and compare this with programmes that have been commissioned to ensure that its use is in accordance with these terms.
Structura Development will monitor user activity as it has a duty of care to the copyright owners. Additionally, Structura Development will apply a variety of technologies to the service to ensure the copyrights of the works, and the copyrights created by Structura Development are not misused, stolen or abused.
Technology limitations and modifications
Structura Development will make reasonable efforts to keep the Structura Development services operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. Structura Development reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Structura Development services with or without notice.
Privacy
You agree that Structura Development has a right to collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Structura Development Privacy Policy.
Entire Agreement
This agreement together with the Structura Development Privacy Policy constitutes all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Structura Development and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral. You agree and accept that you have not accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement in reliance of or to any oral or written representations made by Structura Development not contained in this agreement.
Severability
Should for any reason or to any extent any provision of this agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of this agreement.
